The excitement at Cabot Citrus Farms continues to grow as our inaugural phase of real estate offerings edges closer to completion. All foundations have now been poured, new walls are being hoisted daily, and more than half of these homes now have roofs to shelter their promising interiors.
With 37 homes now underway, we are looking forward to hosting our first onsite, overnight guests in February with a final Phase 1 completion anticipated for April, 2024.
In addition to the Cottages, we continue to build out future amenities to round out your Cabot Citrus Farms retreat. The Grange Hall is targeting an August 2024 opening and ongoing construction of the putting course, Trackman range, shooting range, and walking and biking trails is underway!
