We are excited to reveal the first look at Cabot Oaks with this new video rendering of the course! One of three courses at Cabot Citrus Farms, Cabot Oaks is a traditional 18-hole layout designed by the team of Mike Nuzzo, Kyle Franz, and Ran Morrissett.
The highlight of Cabot Oaks for many will be the 50-foot elevation changes, which are rare to find in Florida golf. This layout will make for exciting shots up and down expansive hills, while enjoying the surrounding mossy oaks, dogwood trees, and sandy areas native to the landscape. Welcome to Cabot Oaks!

The team at Cabot Citrus Farms continues to make excellent progress towards our preview play opening in December 2023, and our grand opening in January 2024. We reached an exciting milestone with half the fairways on The 21 (featured above) now grassed and growing in. Grassing is also underway on Cabot Barrens, with Cabot Oaks to follow.
We are excited to see the vision for golf at Cabot Citrus Farms come to life and look forward to welcoming guests and golfers soon!
On the real estate front, we will be beginning construction on the cottages in the coming weeks.
